i took a little step forward the other day... or perhaps it was a cautious 'skip' not leap of faith. i made seem like a joke in case i got it thrown back. at least i could still pretend it didn't matter if there was no reaction.

but i did get a response... maybe not in the way i expected. now i'm wondering if i did the right thing or it was just plain stupid. :P
