Again i say it, it's a great adrenaline high when you know you're loved. Not necessarily referring to bf/gf here. But great is the power of knowing that somewhere someone (or maybe more than one) 'knows' you for who you are. To accept you and care enough to wanna stick around during the times when we can't accept ourselves. The 'imperfections/weaknesses/flaws' which we often gripe about.. yet having someone tell us "That's the beauty of you".

We don't need great sonnets or dramatic acts (ok, maybe sometimes we do ;P ) to tell us we're special. Sometimes being the person you can call anytime or share a simple meal with is all it takes. And maybe, for me, it's also learning that these people don't come by that very often... but when they do, they won't leave so soon either. ;)
